ORDERS, PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

We accept payment by VISA, Mastercard, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

It is possible that a declined payment is due to insufficient funds, an expired card or a security issue. We suggest you contact your provider.

1) Depending on the pieces of Jewellery ordered, our estimated delivery is 4-8 weeks. As most of our pieces are handcrafted, please allow time for production.

2) We do offer daily specials, sale items and occasionally clearance stock. The items are for immediate dispatch and will be shipped in 1-3 business days from order.

3) We do carry a selection of stock in our showrooms, if you are interested, please contact either our Sydney office or Adelaide office for details.

For orders placed in Australia, our parcels are sent through Australia Post

For orders placed overseas, we ship with FedEx

Due to the high value of our parcels, a signature is required on delivery. If there is no one available to sign for the parcel it will be held at your nearest post office or depot and is to be collected with photo ID and signature.

Once an order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number

Orders may be cancelled or refunded up to 3 hours after placing the order. Please refer to our refund policy.
