Shipping in Australia: Free shipping on all orders to Customers in Australia. All orders are also fully insured by us.Shipments are made through Australia post by Express post and must be signed for on delivery. A tracking number will be provided to you when the goods are ready to ship.

ORDERS POLICY

In case of any circumstance or reason outside of our control, we reserve the right to suspend the fulfilment of an order. In such case, we shall immediately notify the customer, who will then have right to cancel the order.

Once an order has been made and payment fulfilled, the customer accepts that they have committed to the purchase and the details of the order. Reversals of an order will not be accepted without immediate contact for consideration of circumstance.

Please note any change of order details after your order has been placed, including ring size or engraving, may incur a fee.We reserve the right to refuse an order in the event of an error on the shop's website.

As each piece is made to order especially for you, all sales are final. Zahz does not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind.
