General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

In the case of any circumstance/reason outside of our control, we reserve the right to suspend the fulfilment of an order. In this case we will immediately notify the customer, who will then have right to cancel the order.

Once an order has been mad and payment made, the customer accepts that they have committed to the purchase. Reversals of an order will not be accepted without immediate contact for consideration of circumstance.

We also reserve the right to refuse an order in the event of an error on the shop’s website.

Accuracy of Products

All of our products have been described as accurately as possible on our website. As all pieces are handcrafted, there may be the slight variations of each piece. The colour of the metal or gemstone may also vary depending on the screen that it is viewed.

Sizing

We have a ring sizing guide that will help you determine the size of your ring. We also offer a free ring sizer to be sent out to you to check your finger size. We are happy to assist where possible, however it is the client’s responsibility to make sure they have entered the correct finger size when placing the order.

Payment

All payments are made in Australian Dollars.

We accept Payment via a credit card.

Product Faults

All of our jewellery is quality checked by our master jeweller, however if for any reason you feel that your piece is faulty please contact us at info@bassilcreations.com.au

We will access the item and if it is considered faulty, we will repair or replace it. However wear and tear is not considered a fault, please take care of your
jeweller.

Shipping

All items are sent via Express Australia post with signature on delivery. We offer free shipping Australia wide.

Collection of your personal information

There are many aspects of the site which can be viewed without providing personal information, however, for access to future ZAHZ  customer support features you are required to submit personally identifiable information. This may include but not limited to a unique username and password, or provide
sensitive information in the recovery of your lost password.

We may occasionally hire other companies to provide services on our behalf, including but not limited to handling customer support enquiries, processing transactions or customer freight shipping. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to deliver the service. content to you while you are at this Site.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. You may be required to put your request in writing for security reasons. ZAHZ reserves the right to charge a fee for searching for, and providing access to, your information on a per request basis.
