If you order a ring but didn’t quite get the ring size right, don’t worry! We’ll be happy to resize your ring one time for FREE within 30 days after purchase.
This will depend on the style of ring you have chosen.

It’s simple: Ship the ring to us and we’ll ship it back. If we determine that we are unable to size the ring up or down to the new size, we will inform you.

We also offer you a free annual cleaning and inspection service to check the claws and the overall condition of the ring. This is a free service. If you wish to have your ring polished to remove scratches and rhodium plated if it is a white gold ring there will be additional charges.
